They told me that there was mold and I had to redo a whole apartment , maybe 100 000$. The guy than told me to ask my dad, because I was a woman and I guess I couldn't own my own property. I hired a company- referred by the city of Montreal-who did testing and confirmed there was no mold at all. Horrible place.
